Now Hiring: Mechanic & Tool Crib (Tool Room) Attendants

A leading food manufacturing and maintenance operation is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Tool Crib Attendants and a skilled Mechanic to support the Maintenance Department. These are stable, long-term roles with growth potential. Tool Crib / Tool Room Attendant (2 Openings)

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage, issue, and track tools, parts, and equipment for maintenance staff

-Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts

-Keep the tool room clean, organized, properly labeled, and secure

-Inspect tools for damage, report issues, and coordinate repairs/replacements

Qualifications:

-Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems preferred

-Knowledge of hand tools/power tools and equipment

-Some electrical or mechanical experience preferred

-Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-focused work ethic

Facility Mechanic (1 Opening)

Position Summary:

Maintain and repair building systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations within a food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

-Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment to minimize downtime

-Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

-Assist with installation, modification, and relocation of equipment

-Maintain maintenance records and reports

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred

-Facility maintenance experience

-Strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills

-Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around machinery

Preferred but not Required:

-Welding, fabrication, or carpentry experience

-Forklift or heavy equipment certification
