Our direct government client has an immediate requirement for a PPM (Primavera Project Manager) Scheduler. This is a 12+month contract that requires 100% onsite for 37.5 hours a week, vaccinated and on our W2.Work Location:Candidates should be willing to work full-time onsite in Long Island City, NY 11101.Vaccination Requirement:Candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide proof of full vaccination to be considered.An individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or two weeks after receiving a single dose vaccine. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Other duties will include collecting, interpreting and inputting schedule data into PPM, and providing output to the project team, project managers and engineers.
- The person recruited for this position will:
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with design and /or construction scheduling.
- In addition, candidates should have an understanding of project controls principles, preferably with experience in the construction of large civil and/or process facilities.
- Must have hands on experience with Primavera's Enterprise (P6 version). Have experience and understanding of Primavera's work Breakdown Structures (WBS) as well as development of design and construction schedules.
