Summary of Role\: GLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8 is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor technology development integration team. The core responsibilities of this team involve ownership of process integration of Front End Of Line Process from development, customer engagement to production. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a technical understanding of Various FEOL processes in Photonics and RF technologies and an understanding of a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve the technologies with quality, cost, and delivery all considered. Essential Responsibilities\:

  • FEOL Process Development in various technologies including 45nm SOI, 45CLO, and 45RF.
  • Collaborating with process module, & packaging team in driving process solutions.
  • Driving technology cost reduction & process convergence.
Qualification: Required Qualifications\:
  • PHD's/Master Degree with 12+ years of working experience in relevant field. Degree must be in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
  • Experience in the FEOL process with Si photonics and RF technology is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written

  • Results oriented and focused on quality of work
  • Excellent structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, clients, as well as internal and external partners.
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills
  • Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment
  • Strong background in FEOL process development and characterization knowledge.
