Scope of Work: Strategically focus on understanding the relevance of emerging technologies with the unique business problems the organization faces, this includes identifying and supporting the introduction of industry wide policies and standards in the focus areas (AI and Blockchain). As part of this role advising senior leadership, departments, and other entities on the appropriate use of this technologies is key to help the organization evolve its institutional knowledge. Furthermore, understanding and applying strategic forecasting services help the organization prepare of an uncertain future, whilst working with external partners to deliver tangible solutions by marrying the appropriate business problems to resilient available solutions
