- Analysis and tracking of COVID vaccination and testing status
- Reviewing and validating of various data and documents to ensure submissions meet predefined standards
- Based on above data and documents, determine compliance to organizational requirements
- Update databases with accurate and timely information
- Communicate compliance status to appropriate parties
- Utilize judgement on need to escalate or review with a manager / clinical staff as needed
- Utilize sensitivity with confidential information
- Ability to perform numerous repetitive tasks on a daily basis including data entry & data review/corrections
- Excellent judgement and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook and basic data entry
- Candidate must be a self-starter that actively engages issues seeking resolution
- Displays initiative by resolving issues on their own and applying lessons learned to new situations
- Must be able to work in teams and as an individual
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders to resolve issues, gaps, and collect data
