Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Sr. Cisco Voice Engineer in Manhattan, NY.
Description:IT Telecom VoIP Engineer is urgently needed. These systems provide expert engineer level design, build and support of VoIP (Call Manager, Unit, Voice Gateways/Cubes, phone sets, TAAs, and supporting MPLS and PRI circuits to serve to the client enterprise, the clients Call Centers as well as Cisco based outbound call campaigns. These tasks in addition to technical project leads, periodic troubleshooting of VoIP Call Systems manager and there supporting systems are daily requirements.Skills: Must have a minimum of 9 years experience as a Level 3 Cisco Call Manager, Unity Voice Mail, Cisco Voice Gateways / Cubes, transition of PRI circuits and DiD to MPLS services. This includes, but is not limited to the following: Hands on implementation and operational management of VoIP systems including Cisco Call Mgr., Gateway/Cubes, Unity Connections and their supporting MPLS and PRI circuits. Thorough Architectural and Engineering level knowledge of Cisco Voice Enterprise Systems with a hands on background in CUCM, Cisco based routing/switching platforms.
