CBRE is seeking a Senior Program Manager to assist in the development and implementation of account governance, compliance, and performance and innovations management. This includes

the deployment of data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The selected Senior Program Manager strategically manages internal and external client relationships while ensuring successful completion of regional account objectives. Provides oversight, direction, and guidance on highly visible and complex process improvement initiatives.

JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to provide program management from medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs.

This is not a remote role. The Senior Program Manager will be expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week in Manhattan, NY.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads medium to large, complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensures that all functions remain on schedule and that issues get escalated and resolved and that the program is completed successfully.

Generates, reviews and understands reports. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation.

Reviews the accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management and vendors.

Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.

Oversees the work and entire scope of process improvement initiatives. Identify programs to monitor and drive continuous improvement of the effectiveness of maintenance efforts for facilities as assigned in support of account KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).

Maintains roadmap for department on future process improvement opportunities. focused on client needs and requests to provide innovation and continuous improvement. Inclusive of creating/reviewing new Scope of Work and adhering to compliance with the Master Service Agreement.

Builds and maintains relationships with Leadership Teams across various locations and service lines. Acts as an advocate for services and added value of Process Improvement Team contributions.

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of client facing metrics dashboards that monitor progress vs KPIs, Provides detailed analytical support for root cause analysis, and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Communicates with key stakeholders and senior leadership to assess satisfaction levels with products and services.

Facilitates the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. Facilitates meetings to review active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and lead project team(s) through implementation and completion. Manages internal and external relationships in support of program(s); may contract and manage vendors. May provide consultation on complex medium to large scale projects that integrate into an organized program. Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts. May manage/oversee a team who are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. Serves as the primary client contact and escalation point for any staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues. Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the planning, organization, and controls for all process improvement initiatives. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees, contractors and /or vendors.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and at least six years of related experience. Eight plus years of experience with process improvement, project management or other related experience is strongly desired.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred. Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification advantageous but not required.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Smart Sheet, and data analytics software such as Power BI.

Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques. Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Program Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Program Manager is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
