The Sales Engineer will work alongside the Account Manager to manage all inbound sales leads, expand key customer interactions and retain existing client relationships. The main responsibility would be to manage client expectations, oversee the process of service delivery, and ensure that all customer needs are sufficiently met in a timely fashion. Some responsibilities would include but are not limited to: hosting kick-off sales calls to gather information, determine the technical needs of the customer, collaborate with the sales coordinator for all client communications, partnering with project managers to ensure accurate engineer staffing alignment based on customer needs, foster client relationships and more. Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Previous account management experience required
- Strong ability to understand technical customer needs
- Experience selling cybersecurity products is preferred
- Competitive Salary: Up to $150K/year, DOE
