- 3-5 years of experience in an SRE or DevOps role, preferably in a hybrid infrastructure environment traditional data center and cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience working & managing large Kubernetes clusters & docker environments on-prem or cloud
- In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems, Linux containers and container orchestration managers
- Hands-on experience with HELM or similar K8S package managers
- Experience with a configuration-management-as-code (preferably ANISBLE), Infrastructure-as-code (preferably Terraform)
- Good exposure working with container platform especially OpenShift
- Familiar with messaging services like Kafka, RabbitMQ is plus.
- Experience with Linux shell scripting.
- Experience with designing and implementing CI/CD (like Jenkins, Octopus) for large distributed microservices applications.
- Experience using source code management tools GitHub, BitBucket.
- Hands-on proficiency in Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK) monitoring tools and experience on creating dashboards in Kibana, Grafana. Experience on Kibana watcher alerts.
- Basic programming proficiency with dot net applications
