Senior IT Business Analyst Job Description:We are looking for a passionate Senior IT Business Analyst to lead us in building, managing and championing the next generation Website and Content Management Systems within Client. You'll be taking on a high visibility role, working cross-functionally with multiple Marketing and Support Teams across the organization, to ensure all Client Product, Services and Support Options are easily and accurately consumable by Customers. Never satisfied you are constantly looking to improve both yourself and the business by experimenting and trying new approaches and tools, embracing a dynamic work environment and industry, where change is the only constant. Being highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-performing organization you're excited by the idea of guiding people to execute their ideas using AEM and seeing the massive impact your guidance can have for our customers. Although technically minded, you enjoy troubleshooting problems and overcoming both technical and non-technical challenges. You're curious about people and problems and are a good listener who's naturally interested to dig in, ideate, and find solutions. Self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, you understand how software is built and are able to communicate it to all levels of the organization.
