NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a System Architect to support our State Government client in Menands, NY 12204ROLE System Architect (EXPERT)INDUSTRY State Government DURATION 24+ month Contract, probable extension LOCATION ONSITE in Menands, NY 12204 NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for an Systems Architect to support our State Government client in Albany, NY 12207.The Systems Architect will support systems for allowing and securing access to COVID-19 applications and data.The Systems Architect will design service-oriented architecture, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, and WSO2 Identity Manager.The Systems Architect will design secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication.The Systems Architect will be a lead technical architect on projects that require a thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and preventative maintenance and security procedures.The Systems Architect will be experienced in XSLT programming to create custom stylesheets for IBM DataPower, perform application load balancing using Kemp Application delivery controller, and initiate application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.Relevance of Services to the Project:This work closely aligns with the grant s core activities and long-term objectives to enhance detection of COVID by supporting application development to secure relevant COVID-19 public health information for public health purposes.RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Systems Architect will design and implement service-oriented architecture, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, and WSO2 Identity Manager.
• The Systems Architect will design and implement secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, single sign, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication.
• The Systems Architect will be a lead technical architect on projects that require a thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• The Systems Architect will perform XSLT programming to create custom stylesheets for IBM DataPower, perform application load balancing using Kemp Application delivery controller, and initiate application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.
• The Systems Architect will architect, develop, and debug Java applications to support Health Commerce System.
• The Systems Architect will create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.

• Expert 84+ Months - Systems Architect: Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design. Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 months architecting service-oriented architecture, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, and WSO2 Identity Manager

• 84 months designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption, and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth, multi-factor authentication
• 84 months as lead technical architect on technical projects that have required a thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 36 months in Google Cloud Identity Platform services.
• 36 months of application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.
