Reaches out to news media to promote clinical initiatives of the organization, its hospitals, and clinical service lines.
Writes news releases, advisories, and other communications in support of media outreach efforts.
Arranges prints and broadcasts news interviews for organization and hospital physicians and other staff.
Plans news conferences and other promotional events in support of communications efforts.
Conducts interviews and writes stories for organization and hospital digital properties, newsletters, and magazines.
Coordinates photo assignments for digital properties, newsletters and media outreach.
Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
Highly Preferred:
Agency or Newsoom experience preferred.
Healtercare experience preferred.
