Job Description

We are seeking an experienced full-charge bookkeeper to direct journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, full-cycle AP/ AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Office presence, answering the phone and computer savvy IT. The position reports directly to the CEO and fulfills requests from our CPA firm.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain complete accurate financial records
  • Prepare month-end close process and P&L Reports
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Reconcile Shopify Sales, credit card sales, and Bank Statements
  • Payroll journal entries
  • Accounts payable- receive, process, verify and reconcile invoices
  • Manage office admin/ IT Services

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Navision, or AX
  • Knowledge of Shopify
  • Cost Accounting/ Journal entries experience
  • Highly reliable and detail orientated
  • Self-starter, ability to identify issues and solve problems
