- W?ill be responsible for financial modeling, auditing, big data/reporting
- Must know the Accounting function of Finance
- Should have strong analytical skills and experience working with Commissions plans.
- Will work with management in relation to commission plans:
- audit commission payouts to ensure underlying data integrity
- ensure commission plans and payouts adhere to statutory requirements
- fulfill ad-hoc analysis and data requests as required
- work with leadership and Sales to ensure commission plans are effectively structured
- Minimum 3 -5 years hands-on experience with financial accounting or revenue accounting
- Strong technical skills
- Expert/power level Excel skills or Smart Sheets to deal with large data sets
- SQL knowledge in relation to Xactly software; AQP and Xactly Connect (preferably or comparable commissions software)
- Strong reporting skills
- Acute attention to detail is a MUST!
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
