Grant Accountant
Salary is 80-85k
Create billing weekly
Prepare Government Claims.
Manage claims for the Government and other outside agencies.
Ensure all monthly, quarterly, semi-annual reports are completed.
Generate reports for government and outside funding sources.
Journal entries / General Ledger
Assist in preparation of financial reports, statements and analyses.
Assist with financial statements to include balance sheet, income statement.
Assist in preparation of Audit reports, for budget and grants statements
Ensure all reconciliations are completed .
Assist auditors during their field work and analysis.
