Help Desk Analyst
Onsite - NYC $20-$23/hourResponsibilities- Provide support for hardware and software at their location
- Provide front line user support of our internal and external systems and services.
- Complete and close incidents and work orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate the resolution of or resolve all Service Desk Tickets
- Update incidents and service requests within agreed response times
- Establish, develop, and maintain key business relationships at assigned location(s)
- Imaging of desktop and laptops
- Ability to effectively plan, manage, prioritize and work on multiple simultaneous tasks
- IT Support experience providing remote and in-person desktop/walk-up support in an enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable work experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows. Knowledge of MAC is a plus
- Advanced working knowledge of end-user technology including: hardware, software, Windows, Apple, and mobile devices
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- SCCM packaging experience is a plus
- MDM knowledge, JAMF preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as the single point of contact onsite
