We are currently looking for Program Manager for the below Job description to join our team with one of our clients. Role: Program Manager Location: New York City, NY Duration: Long Term Contract/Permanent Job Role:- This is a hands on role supporting the Program Manager acting as the lead PM/BA in delivering the Standardized Approach for calculating CVA capital (SA-CVA) under FRTB revised standards. This will be a high visibility role sitting within FO and will involve interaction with stakeholders from different levels across Trading, Risk, Quants, Finance and IT. The role will act as a central PM/BA lead for the project and will require regular interaction with stakeholders leading working groups, tracking and recording project deliverables, RAID logs as well as performing BA functions such as requirements gathering testing and documentation Job Description:-
- 7+ years Project management BA experience in a Tier 1 IB or Big 4 consultancy working within IB space Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer I and II
- Delivery focused, organised, disciplined and has a structured approach to managing projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skillset, comfortable communicating across all levels, ability to chair and lead meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in managing change (as a PM or BA) from the project initiation phase right through to project completion
- Solid understanding of the Project Management life cycle and can demonstrate experience in implementing project governance standards and producing/managing documentation such as project planning, scoping, RAID management
- Experience of market risk management practices, models, processes and controls
- Good understanding of trade life cycle
- Experience of collaborating with trading/front office, Risk Management and Technology support teams Experience of collaborating with trading/front office, Risk Management and Technology support teams
- Has an organized, disciplined and structured approach to managing projects
- Strong presentation skills - MS Office kills especially PowerPoint, MS Project
- Self-starter, but is also a good team player.
- Knowledge and experience of the regulatory rules on FRTB would be advantageous
- Also knowledge of CVA would be preferred but not essential
