- MUST have a strong understanding and experience in US Healthcare
- Previous work experience with a health plan, hospital or health system, physician practice, or public health;
- Working knowledge of claims, enrollment , finance , CM/UM
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to be self-directed
- Capable of interacting with multiple stakeholders
- MUST have worked extensively in Business analyst artifacts - BRD, FSD and have hands on experience in working on Requirements management tools
- MUST have excellent communication and presentation skills – since the deliverables will all be reviewed frequently with the clients/business community
- MUST be available to work EST hours
- FACETS knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
- Technical knowledge of the working of API’s, service calls, knowledge of wireframes is preferred but not mandatory
