Leading Investment Bank is looking for a Senior Project Manager in NYC area.

Job Description:We are looking for a candidate with business analysis and project management skills & experience in financial risk management.The candidate will be expected to• Directly contribute to project scope including schedule estimation, tracking and requirements analysis• Perform analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications• Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls• Be the subject matter expert of an in-house build strategic risk management system• Analysis of P&L and attribute differences clearly and communicate findings to various stakeholders• Perform migration and testing of transaction data from one core system to another• Investigate and resolve position and trade exceptions through daily reconciliations• Resolve Ad hoc queries related to the domain or risk management system

Required Skills & Experience• Good Knowledge of financial products across both Equity product lines – derivatives, prime, converts & cash• Have a solid handle on derivative products including valuation models and associated risks (Greeks).• Demonstrate an understanding of front to back trade flows as well as Risk and P&L.• Clear understanding of the trade lifecycle & associated events• Able to multi-task and prioritize workload.• Ability to meet tight deadlines, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership as well as a commitment to delivery.

Nice to have skills• Good Knowledge of financial products across Fixed Income asset classes• Demonstrate an understanding of front to back trade flows as well as Risk and P&L.
