Cove Brands Inc. in New York, New York seeks General Manager.
Responsibilities: The General Manager will oversee daily operations across divisions to improve efficiency, ensure business health and compliance, and scale revenue and overall profits. Duties include: Improving the organizational structure to establish clear responsibilities for each team member and streamlining processes to build robust yet sustainable systems that maintain clear visibility and accountability of progress; establishing KPIs/targets for each division and create the necessary tracking infrastructure for effective performance management and reporting, implementing data-driven decision-making throughout the organization; partnering with creative agencies and other third-party stakeholders to reposition the brand by developing a new brand strategy, messaging, and marketing initiatives; developing retail partnerships to achieve the next phase of growth and expand distribution channels; and utilizing data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify gaps and weaknesses to improve operational efficiency. Salary range: $130K - $150K. Standard company benefits. Employee will report directly to Cove Brands Inc. headquarters in New York, New York.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitative field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related field. Other special requirements include: one (1) year of experience developing and implementing effective business strategies; one (1) year of experience analyzing market trends, identifying new growth opportunities, and making informed decisions to drive the company's success; one (1) year of experience budgeting, forecasting, monitoring financial performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability; and one (1) year of experience conveying a company's vision, goals, and strategies to ensure efficient operations and promote a cohesive work environment.
