Named after my father, I decided to form a boutique high touch recruiting firm in his nick name. As we grow, we are going to be looking for a part time 20 to 30 hour a week, researcher, recruiter and data entry person- I know its sluggish but necessary to make sure that all of our information is accurate. The person can either work from home or come into the office on certain days. The office fits three people well now and has a window in a Regus location. Great location right off of the six train, E train, M train. And the people are very nice. Metro Card is paid for by generous owner. It would be helpful if the person went to a top under graduate school, had business acumen and/or had an MBA from a top program. GPA should be 3.3 or above from undergrad. Owner went to Columbia and satisfied these requirements. He is originally from New York and went to prestigious New York high school and has worked in recruiting for more than 20 years.
