E-BIKE COURIERS (Manhattan)
STARTING PAY: $16.50/hr. + Tips
Job Essentials & Requirements:
Update package and delivery status on an 'easy to use' app.
Ebikes are provided by the employer.
Must be able to maneuver an ebike through NYC.
Must be able to lift/carry/transport up to 50 lbs. (unassisted).
Must provide excellent customer service.
Must be 21 or older.
Must know how to use a smartphone and GPS navigation.
Prior customer service and delivery experience desired.
Comfort /familiarity with basic smartphone operations.
Must be able to read & communicate in English.
Must have updated & active smartphone (with internet service) in good condition (i.e., no cracked screens).
Must be able to utilize your smartphone for two-way communication with our operations team.
