Join our team as a Part-Time Pick/Pack and Customer Service Representative for a men's clothing company. Your responsibilities include picking and packing orders, answering customer queries, and providing excellent service. We're seeking a friendly, organized individual who can work independently.
REQUIRED:
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SHOPIFY AND AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:
- Efficiently receive, store, and organize inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Safely handle boxes weighing up to about 20 lbs.
Customer Service Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and politely.
- Assist customers with order-related issues or questions.
Order Management:
- Ensure order accuracy and timely shipping.
- Check product quality and quantities before shipping.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Physical capability to lift and move boxes up to approximately 20 lbs.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Schedule:
