Job Summary:
Friendly, and highly organized receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for shareholders, vendors, and guests creating a Welcoming atmosphere.
Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries accordingly
Provide general information and support to tenants and guests
Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing, and distribution of correspondence.
Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner.
Create and schedule work orders
Perform other administrative and concierge duties as assigned
Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date
