Qualifications: Must be enrolled in or have graduated from an education program. Strong proficiency in both English and Math, particularly in Math. Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Create and manage staff schedules. -Oversee staff duties, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and that students are picked up from school on time (when applicable).
-Ensure the center is fully stocked with necessary supplies and manage inventory.
-Register new students and maintain student records.
-Build positive relationships with parents and students.
-Grade and log student materials and assignments.
-Answer phone calls and address parent and student inquiries.
-Work with students, assist them with homework, and ensure they are prepared for the next day.
-Assign tasks to staff before the shift begins, such as cleaning, organizing, grading, and data logging.
Work Schedule:
Must be able to work Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
-Must be able to arrive between 1:30-1:45 p.m. to set up for the day.
Staff comes in at 2:00 p.m., and students start arriving at 2:30 p.m.
Shifts typically end between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m., depending on the day.
