Our private preschool in South Brooklyn is looking for a Pre-K teacher who can help to create an engaging environment and incorporate our challenging curriculum!
Teacher Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
Implement our curriculum and be able to adjust it adding your own creativity geared towards your particular class
Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
Communicate with management and families about potential concerns in a diplomatic manner
Managing day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students
Teacher Qualifications:
Has completed 90 credits towards their Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field OR
Earned a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience working with children
Caring, nurturing, patient, passionate and creative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
