Title: Architect - Trading and Equities SystemsLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 MonthsEducation Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or closely related field. Master’s in Computer Science or related degree• Strong knowledge of Trading systems - Full Trade lifeCycle - trade order entry to Post trade activities. • Experience in architecting and building large Trading Systems.• Strong communications and inter-personal skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., management, individual contributors)• Knowledge of trade processing lifecycle (sales, trade initiation and execution, trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation), post trade processing (reconciliations, asset servicing, matching and confirmations, clearance and settlements, regulatory reporting, books and records) and collateral management• Professional business analysis experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.• Experience working with external clients• Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies• Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)• Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.• Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.• Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and be able to multi task.• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.• Flexible to new situations and challenges.
