JOB: BigData Developer (SQL)

Location: NYC NY

Responsibilities

:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience is required
  • 5+ years database development (SQL/PLSQL) in distributed environment (DB2, SQL Server, Sybase)
  • 3+ years hands-on experience working with Hadoop / Data lake or related technologies
  • Strong experience in writing database store procedures, functions etc.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Kafka, Spark/PySpark and understanding of data pipeline
  • Hands-on experience in Azure or other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of requirements for large enterprise applications such as security, entitlements, etc.
