General Contractor is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated individual to assist in day-to-day operations. Knowledge of construction and ability to read and interpret construction plans. Must be able to communicate effectively and able to problem solve.
Computer skilled with emails, excel, word programs. Must have own transportation and speak fluent English.
Supervisor: Responsible for the management and safety of construction projects. Through planning, organizing, order material, equipment, take care of all necessary permits, and controlling projects, create an efficient and safe workplace, including materials, personnel, and manages sub-contractors.
Project Manage: collaborates with Engineers and Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project, also ensure that the project is completed within the set budget and is within the scope, ensure the project delivers the expected results and benefits.
