We are a well-established architectural drafting and expediting firm specializing in façade restoration and site safety equipment drawings. We’re seeking a motivated 1099 in-house Draftsperson to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare façade restoration and equipment drawing sets (suspended/supported scaffolds, sidewalk sheds, site safety plans, shop drawings).
Perform on-site surveys and field measurements across NYC.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure DOB compliance and drawing accuracy.
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Ability to travel to job sites within NYC.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
