Job Details

We are looking for an Engineering Lead / Senior Software Engineer to lead our API team that manages data integrations with our enterprise partners. Our Lead / Senior Software Developer will help build, lead, and manage the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing team of software engineers.

Proven track record of shipping products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails or Python
Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Redux, etc.)
Experience building and supporting production quality software
Experience with AWS, relational databases, REST APIs, MVC Architecture, and OOP principles
Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field preferred
Ability to track and manage engineering KPIs to objectively assess and improve team performance
