The position is responsible for working with our architecture teams, our project management teams and vendors (ATT/TCS) and provides engineering leadership and implementation documentation for our network. This position will also provide guidance and engineering expertise in our transformation process and practices. In addition, the position provides 3rd level support to peer organizations for critical issues. Primary Responsabilities- Provides Network Engineering designs and implementation documentation from architecture designs and blueprints
- Ensure designs meet Service Level Agreements and requirements
- Help drive innovation to enable capabilities, improve agility, increase productivity or decrease TCO
- Assists with 3rd level escalation of critical incidents and problems
- 3+ years of experience engineering and implementing network switch and routing solutions, SD-Wan, specifically Cisco, in support of business requirements.
- 2-3+ years of working with DNS, DHCP, and other routing and switching fundamentals, wireless, voice, etc.
- Proficient in collaboration with 3rd party suppliers and partners.
- Strong experience in engineering and blueprinting cable plant infrastructures
- 3+ years of experience with build and renovation of facilities, relocations, cable plant revamping
- Experience in working with business leaders to understand business models, strategies and priorities.
- Proven capabilities in influencing and negotiating priorities.
- 5+ years of experience engineering and implementing network switch and routing solutions, SD-Wan, specifically Cisco, in support of business requirements.
- Proficient in collaboration with 3rd party suppliers and partners.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and blueprinting cable plant infrastructures.
- 3+ years of experience with build and renovation of facilities, relocations, cable plant revamping
- Experience in working with business leaders to understand business models, strategies and priorities.
- Proven capabilities in influencing and negotiating priorities.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, prioritization and organizational skills
- Execute with minimal direction
