Please share updated Resumes Position: Salesforce Architect (Architect Experience is a must)Location: New York, NYType: Contract (W2/C2C) Job Responsibilities: • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals• Lead the functional, technical design and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions; make trade-off decisions between declarative customization and custom development.• Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on Salesforce solutions across a broad range of development methodologies and tools to ensure the success and sustainability of custom applications.• Responsible for the functional and technical architecture of the Salesforce platform and Salesforce solutions with special attention to performance, scalability and maintainability; alignment with enterprise architecture.• Responsible for the definition of architectural standards, design patterns, integration strategy and patterns, implementation strategies (e.g. use declarative customization versus custom development);• Definition of security standards and processes (standards, audits, event monitoring).• Selection of SFDC Tooling (e.g. release management, version control etc.) that are subject to audits and Global Information Security Compliance.• Lead architecture reviews for incremental development• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies with the team (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives)• Assure adherence to corporate standards regarding SLC, security review, etc. Required:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent• Minimum work experience 10 to 12 years of software development/IT and 6 + years of experience with the Salesforce platform in a technical role with exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the development of custom applications and integrations on the Force.com platform.• 4+ years of experience in developing functional and technical specifications for business process refinement and automation, entity-relationship data modelling, system architecture, conducting feasibility studies, analysing scope, and vision of the project.• Self-motivated and creative• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Understanding of Salesforce standard objects Leads, Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, Lead process, Sales process, and Tasks is required• Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with all aspects of declarative customization (e.g. Workflows & Approval Process, Visual Flow, tasks, events, Email Services, Security Controls, Objects, relationships, and junction objects such as Master-Child, lookups, Entity Relationship.• Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce custom development techniques on the Force.com platform (Apex, VisualForce, Triggers, DataLoader, Lightning, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, SFDX, APIs (REST and SOAP) Governor Limits etc.).• Good understanding of the use of ETL Tools such as Informatica, Mulesoft, Apex Data Loader, Workbench etc.• Extensive experience with SOQL, SOSL, data manipulation, cleaning, and de - duplication.• Experience in multi-system integration, Single Sign On integration(OKTA)• Experience working with Mulesoft (Anypoint Studio, Salesforce connector, Cloud hub) will be plus• Experience in source code control• Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Team player with strong organization skills. Preferred:• Salesforce Certified Developer 1 (PD1) Administrator (ADM201) certification.• Knowledge in CLM (Client/Customer Life Cycle Management)• Experience working with FinTech clients will be a plus• Experience developing customer-facing applications• Experience in Salesforce community development• Experience in Agile,Scrum methodology• Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages, LWC)• Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage.
