Our client is a leading global private equity firm based in Midtown Manhattan and are currently looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Internal Application Development team. In this role, you will be an integral contributor leveraging modern technologies such as .NET Core 3.1, Angular 12, C# and SQL Server 2016. You will be working on platforms and applications that are used across the world! You will have ownership over major projects and will become an SME along with consulting the team on architecture improvements, new development initiatives, UI cleanup & refactoring while making efforts toward expanding internal technical knowledge.   • Approximately 5-8 years of full-stack software development experience leveraging a modern Microsoft Tech Stack.
  • Able to understand the macro and micro needs of the applications, how they integrate to create a comprehensive solution and desired future scalability
  • Server-side expertise with .NET Core and programming with C#.
  • Experience with a client side application development with Angular JS and familiarity with UI clean-up and refactoring
  • Proficient with Windows 2016/2019, IIS 7.x/8.x, SQL Server 2017/2019
  • Strong experience managing, maintaining and administering source control with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Azure DevOps Server in an agile development environment, with a strong focus in creating devops pipelines.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with documenting all areas of the build and release engineering process
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, anticipate problems, and resolve issues
  • Develop an excellent working relationship with all agile teams and communicate at a high level to teams in multiple locations around the world
  • Ability to control technical debt using it smartly without sacrificing application stability or scalability
  • Experience automating deployments to many internal test environments, ensuring successful delivery, and providing notification statuses
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred
