We're looking for a talented Oracle Exadata Developer for our financial services client in NYC.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Oracle Exadata Developer: - Install and configure database management system
- Design, implement, and support database management structures
- Work with app development teams on database issues
- Collaborate to determine database design and access
- Design, implement, and maintain physical database structures
- Mange data, maintain data integrity
Requirements of the Oracle Exadata Developer; - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 8 years of experience
- Expert experience in database development using Oracle in Linux/Unix platforms
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata, RDBMS knowledge and hands-on SQL skills
- Hands-on experience on CI/CD pipeline setup and end-to-end automation for build, test and deployment
- Experience in Kafka messaging system
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Experience with Scrum framework
