If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a data-driven, strategic marketer who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for building marketing strategies designed to drive growth. This individual will be responsible for leading the strategic vision for the Account-based Experience marketing programs. This includes the end-to-end strategic design of the full customer experience, utilizing the full mar-tech capabilities and using account- and technology-based marketing tactics, either focused across geographies or responsible for a specific geography.The ABM Demand Manager is responsible for the design, development and optimization for omni-channel marketing programs associated with account-based demand motions. This individual will:Define the roadmap and vision for scalable ABM programs

Lead a team of demand strategists to design, build and deliver innovative scalable programs.

Understand business requirements and develop the strategy for the full customer journey to drive demand, in partnership with Marketing disciplines (Media, Automation, Digital) and with other marketing and business stakeholders.

Translate business objectives into world-class marketing experiences with committed outcomes and expected ROI for the business.

Define audience targets and priority markets in partnership with other Marketing teams to align to a globalization plan.

Outline the required business outcomes and objectives from the Demand Plan to the Marketing discipline teams, providing direction regarding suitable channels for execution.

Responsible for driving innovation, collaboration, and execution across team to reach quarterly OKRs

Partial remote work may be permitted with close proximity to an IBM hub office in the NYC, Armonk, NYC and Austin areas. While in the office, we maintain a responsible consideration of health and safety practices and ongoing support for a hybrid, in-office/remote office balance.Required Technical and Professional Expertise5+ years of experience as a campaign manager or field marketer

Proven expertise in business modeling and root cause analysis

Proven success leading marketing funnel management

Knowledge of Geo/Market strategies and localization requirements

Strong communication skills at the executive level

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseTeam management experience

Experience designing and implementing personalization and segmentation strategies

Sales experience
