Join us at razorfish.com.OverviewPublicis Constellation Groupe is seeking a full time Account Executive to join our team!The Account Executive position supports the account team in development and execution of digital marketing programs – including brand, .com, and paid media creative – from concept through completion ensuring creative is on strategy and meeting client objectives.Account Executives should proactively seek opportunities to support account lead and team and aim to understand our client's business and how our contributions matter. Helps prepare for and carry out interactions with our clients. This can include meeting basics, in terms of capturing actions, to building the discipline for follow through on next steps. Asking smart questions are key to learning and a means to channel one's own perspective.Responsibilities Support senior team members as needed on day-to-day tasks, through meeting scheduling, feedback trackers, meeting notes, status documents, QA and other topics Understand the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client Attend internal and external client meetings as requested Ensure notes from client meetings are published to internal teams Clearly communicate to team when assigned tasks will be complete Create and present PowerPoint decks for project intake, process enhancements, and other internal or client meetings Review client deliverables for accuracy against team and client feedback Prioritize tasks as deemed important by the team Proactively respond to team members (phone, email, chat) Begin to attend account planning meetings and monthly and quarterly business reviewsQualifications 1+ years of experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Problem solver Excellent attention to detail and follow-up Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
