DescriptionWith an immediate opening available for a diligent, strong Accounting Manager, Robert Half Finance is seeking an individual who is eager to work for a growing, industry-leading company. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. You will establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. This is a fulfilling opportunity to work for a company that recognizes and rewards hard work as an Accounting Manager. Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes
Collaborate with FP&A and accounting management to develop relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration
Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures
Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Regularly review and inspect balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant
Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met

5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
CPA or MBA preferred
Month end closings experience
US GAAP experience preferred
Financial reporting experience required
Financial statement preparation experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Reliable technology and analytical abilities
