Overview of the OrganizationThe Americas Banking & RRE team is the product management organization within the Citi Global Wealth, covering North America and Latin America Private Bank and Wealth @ Work. The team is responsible for the strategic direction of core products, including Banking, Custody/ Safekeeping Services, Cards and Mortgages. Clients for these services include Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Families, Family Offices, Professional Firms/ Associates/ Partners, Registered Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms.Role & ResponsibilitiesThis position reports into Citi Private Bank’s Americas Banking, Custody & RRE Pricing & Reporting Head. The individual will be responsible for:· Support Pricing efforts for North America and Latin America deposits and mortgageso Work closely with Treasury and Finance on the Balance Sheet costing and funding improvementso Stay abreast of the short and long term markets, deposit and mortgage trends and proposed transfer pricing changes in order to analyze the resulting financial impact on the businesso Synthesize feedback from Sales Specialists, Bankers and other team within Banking and RRE organization to improve product offering and client pricing as well as fundingo Engaging with Treasury, Finance and partners in the other Citi businesses to ensure that all initiatives are extended and include Private Bank, Wealth at Work and larger CGW organization· Risk & Complianceo Ensure that all procedures and processes are in line with Pricing Standard and Citi Accounting Policy· Communicationo Ensure that management is informed of the latest developments and initiatives within partner organizationsQualificationsExperience· At least 5 years of Deposits, Mortgages, or Balance Sheet, or Treasury experience· Knowledge of Balance Sheet Costing, Funding, Transfer Pricing, and Client Pricing· Demonstrated track record of working with multi-functional partners as well as influencing within a matrix organization· Project management experience with demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgencySkills· Excellent written and verbal communication + interpersonal skills with the ability to present internally and externally with partners, senior management and clients· Ability to navigate and analyze large data sets; strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills. Qlik knowledge is a plus.· Highly collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and systems.· Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems· Ability to think outside the box to effectively improve processes· Highly organized and responsiveSelf-motivated and goal orientated
