- Proficient with Linux, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Microsoft DevOps, SQL Query Tools, SQL Developer, Shell scripting is a must, XML, CSV, JSON, Python, Data Manipulation & transformation, Log file analysis.
- The resource will be responsible with coordinating between a software vendor and multiple business and IT areas to complete application and database code deployments across multiple environments.
- Provide day to day support and maintenance of the MDMS and related AMI Systems to all users of the AMI environment
- Application monitoring and configuration
- Responding to in house developed alerts
- Liaison and work with various IT teams within the IT department
- Implement infrastructure and application upgrades
- Execute multi-system integration end to end with user acceptance test for supported applications within the AMI environment
- Problem management and root cause analysis
- Work with vendors to configure and install products in multiple environments from development, testing through to production.
- Participate in disaster recovery drills from beginning to end configuring MDMS to function on failed over environment.
