ProfileApplication Support Specialist MUST have prior working experience:

1. Troubleshooting and working with SQL

2. MS SQL Server/MS BI platform

3. SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS

4. Windows Azure infrastructure and cloud/SaaS business applications

5. Support and ITIL processes
