Position Summary

Our client needs a temporary resource to assist in the implementation of the following functionality in the SAP Ariba platform to support sourcing and contracting processes:• Ariba Sourcing Request Module• Ariba Contract Request Procurement Module for Contract intake• Ariba Savings Forms for Sourcing Projects

Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Deployment Management• Conduct requirements workshops and document user stories• Prepare and present project updates on an agreed cadence• Operate deployment activities within client's prescribed business process• Test and review configurations with stakeholder(s)• Migrate configurations to Production• Develop role-specific training (and supporting content) to client process owners to enable end-user training

Ariba Sourcing Request Module• Clearly define and simplify intake fields for sourcing requestors• Build standardized sourcing intake process and workflow• Build process and data collection method to track variances to Procurement Policy• Build customized report(s) on Sourcing request activity as needed• Configure notifications as a result of the Sourcing Requests

Ariba Contract Request Procurement Module for Contract intake:• Clearly define intake for contract/legal community• Explore possibility to move some of the contract data and tasks to request process to reduce contract delivery time• Build standardized contract intake process and workflow• Enable Contract Request from Sourcing event• Implement Docusign integration within the Contracts module• Build customized report(s) on contract request activity as needed• Configure notifications as a result of the Contract Requests

Ariba Savings Form for Sourcing Projects:• Savings form templates associated with existing Sourcing Project Template for category or negotiated savings tracking• Savings form templates associated with existing Contract Project Template for contract or negotiated savings tracking Required Skills and Experience• Extensive experience in designing and deploying the SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts modules• Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and follow through skills.• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to see a job through to its completion• Strong understanding of the SAP Ariba Standard Support model and navigating submission and follow up of Service Requests (SRs) through completion
