You're an innovative junior product manager, interested in reducing the complexity of project workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the entire project life cycle. You've assisted in managing software products/platforms. You're familiar with work management, project management & collaboration solutions. You work agile, and have the marketing knowledge necessary to translate user needs into requirements that will help keep J.P. Morgan on the leading edge of a rapidly changing digital landscapeResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Jr Product Manager, Marketing Project Workflow Solutions include, but are not limited to:Deliver work using an Agile development methodology.

Agile / Scrum experience.

Work with key stakeholders to understand and translate project management workflows into user stories for technology partners.

Develop and maintain product documentation, procedures, and sprint release notes.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, weekly grooming, bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospectives.

Articulate the product vision and socialize product features/functionalities to key stakeholders.

Ensure support issues are resolved on a timely basis.

Maintain training resources and troubleshooting guides.

QualificationsBachelor's degree with 5+ years of business experience in a product manager or business analyst role, for a software product or digital platform.

Agile / Scrum Experience

Experience with Adobe Workfront preferred.

Knowledge of project/task management systems, JIRA and Confluence.

Experience enhancing business processes through the integration of collaboration tools to improve marketing productivity and efficiency.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

A customer service mind-set and a strong drive to deliver high quality outcomes.

Effective communicator with across executive, marketing and technology constituencies.
