If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Community Impact organization.Responsibilities:Support the Community Impact team with project coordination for the firm's Community Impact programs and priorities

Help implement (as directed) a range of enterprise level initiatives, aligned with the firm's Community Impact strategy including measurement, evaluation and analysis of programs

Assist with the development of communications, new programs, toolkits, reports, videos, brochures and social media for internal and external use

Guide internal business leaders on national and local Community Impact programming

Aid team members and local offices to appropriately execute Community Impact strategy

Qualifications:Minimum two years community impact or related field experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Strong communication, organizational and project management skills

Ability to work in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment

Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills with database and web-based tools experience

Strong personal commitment to communities and volunteerism
