Shape Value: Define the value impact of programs to motivate client action. Maintain the strategic alignment of ongoing programs with business executives. Identify value and prioritize use cases. Drive adoption and realization of business value
Frame Transformation: Define transformation priorities, programs, and business platforms working across our Growth Platforms (experience, Salesforce, Adobe), Business Transformation Services, Enterprise Data Architecture, and journey to hybrid cloud.
Cloud Data Strategy: Define a Vision for Cloud Data Value Creation, Governance, Technology Choices
Enterprise Data Architecture Modernization: Solve challenges around enterprise data architecture to drive digital transformation
Data Strategy: Develop our clients' data-driven strategy that will lead to an executable, cost-effective roadmap.
Help our clients make the leap from 'interesting analytics ideas' to sustained operational impact and get past the limitations of legacy systems in terms of extracting data as well as embedding insights in day-to-day activities
Help our clients embed and democratize data for better and faster decision making across business units, talent, and operations
As an Associate Partner, you can expect to spend most of your time on technology and data topics, and balance working on a wider set of critical (like nothing else in the world) challenges presented by our clients. Associate Partners work at the front lines of client engagements, serving as a key driver of the client value.You will train and motivate your team to improve their consulting and technological abilities, as well as provide chances for team members to learn and grow, in addition to managing the holistic program for clients.Finally, you will contribute to IBM's intellectual capital by defining industry-leading thinking and assisting in the development of IBM's brand.If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $177,000 to $273,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.Required Technical and Professional Expertise10+ years of data and analytics consulting
10+ years of business focused data and analytics strategy consulting selling
5+ years developing business data strategies for clients and leading strategy engagements (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience developing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
3+ years involvement in digital transformation (e.g., business data modeling, digital marketing, digital growth strategies, etc.)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise3+ years of experience working directly with c-level executives to deliver transformational data initiatives with significant corporate-level visibility and performance impact
5+ years of experience in managing program level data strategy engagements with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders
10+ years of experience in selling and delivery of complex consulting projects for a Tier 1 consultancy or digital agency in the Strategy, Digital or Analytics practices
