- Hands-on technical engineering leadership.
- Deep knowledge of software development process - Agile - Jira, Confluence. Manager will be responsible to be the scrum master for the RPA development work working with internal and external contractors.
- PRA development using Github, testing framework, automatic deployment and code reviews
- Creation of Uipath software development standards, Uipath orchestrator best practices, setting up reporting and alerting using Datadog and Opsgenie
- Manage tactical roll-out of the Intelligent Automation solution to managed document classification and extraction
- Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly, and providing inputs to the change control process.
- Build, test, deliver and maintain robotic automation capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (This is required)
- Experience providing team leadership and guidance
- 3+ years of extensive experience with UiPath
- 2+ years of extensive experience with UiPath Document Understanding ( Uipath taxonomy builder, classification algorithms, data extraction algorithms, validation stations and action center), RE framework, Unattended bots, Orchestrator queues and/or Optical character recognition (OCR) technology
- API Integration experience with UiPath mainly with Netsuite, box.com and MOnday. Web Api integration and testing with Postman
- 6+ years of application development programming (i.e., C#, .NET, etc.)oding language skills One of them Java, Python or C#
- End-to-end Robotic Process Automation development experience (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain)
- Excellent communicator
