Location: Hybrid - Onsite from day one in New York Office 2 days a week.Candidates must be local and willing to come onsite from day one
Position Description:- Implement integrations requested by customers
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance Requirements and skills
- 4+ years' experience with coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash)
- 4+ years' experience with source code management (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab)
- 4+ years' experience with cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCloud)
- 4+ years' experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation)
- 3+ years' experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
- 3+ years' experience using configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- 2+ years' experience with Kubernetes platform (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE)
- 2+ years' experience with automating code testing
- 2+ years' experience working within Agile Development Practice
