- Assist with business requirement document for BAU transition processes
- Lead business requirements discussion and feasibility analysis with key stakeholders and IT teams to come up with a solution
- Lead testing on IT and process changes with relevant teams, including development of test cases, facilitating testing through to completion
- Understanding issues / problems and working with stakeholders to resolve issues with effective and efficient solutions
- Maintenance, tracking and follow up of RAID logs, actions and escalations
- Preparation of materials for the program meetings, status updates and working groups
- Maintain program SharePoint site
- Manage scope changes and maintain traceability
- Return onsite in New York City in a hybrid model in the near future
- Please note, experience as a business analyst in banking or financial services REQUIRED.
- Recent experience as a business analyst in banking or financial services required.
- Proficient to Expert in Microsoft Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide easily understandable summaries
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to follow-up and close-out questions/issues
- Ownership/accountability for work and ability to work independently
- Confident reaching out and responding to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts
- Good communication skills to interact
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
