Our client, a global provider of information technology products and services, is seeking a Brand Services, Associate Director of Client Strategy & Intelligence

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full Time

Role Overview:

The Director of Client Strategy & Intelligence is a critical role in the growth and success of the Brand Services and Intelligence capabilities. The individual in this role will need to combine in-depth knowledge of digital media and eCommerce together with consumer trends and in-market performance to deliver effective strategies and analyses for our clients seeking to grow and win on Amazon and e-marketplaces.

More specifically, the priorities for the role include:

Strategy & Intelligence

-Be a core strategic advisor to clients on Amazon media and activation strategies

-Develop plans/approaches that help our clients win and grow on Amazon and eMarketplaces

-Deliver and analyze data from the intelligence suite including MarketTrackTM ,( SOV, Market Share), MarketSphereTM (3P footprint & Buy Box) and PortfolioTrackTM, (ASIN level insights), and contribute to continued growth/expansion of intelligence tools

-Leverage the advertising and intelligence tools, together with in-market performance insights and consumer/market trends to build scenarios/plans that maximize sales and KPIs

-Explain/educate/influence clients with data-driven "storytelling" that clearly conveys the recommendations and plans

New Business

-Support business growth opportunities with existing clients

-Partner with leadership to drive new business across Fortune 1000 brands looking to grow on Amazon and eMarketplaces

Amazon Ecosystem Expertise

-Leverage and expand knowledge of how the Amazon/eMarketplace ecosystem works

-Leverage and learn how the offerings in media, Intelligence, etc. work

Requirements:

-8+ years' experience in digital media and/or eCommerce strategy

-Experience working with large Enterprise/Global brands

-Knowledge of strategic frameworks and proven ability to craft plans and strategic recommendations

-Knowledge about how Amazon marketing and performance works across the purchase funnel

-Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding Powerpoint and presentation/story-telling abilities

-Knowledge of Amazon and eCommerce KPIs and their usage

-Experience in the Amazon (and Walmart) data ecosystem including Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing (AMS), -Seller Central Advertising, Walmart Advertising

-Work comfortably in dynamic, time-intensive environments

-Experience presenting to senior-level clients
