- Provide Business Analyst and System Analyst execution

- Financial industry experience
- Scrum experience
- Understanding of payments and payments processing
- Experience with at least one of ACH, Fed Wire, Real Time Payments
- Experience of Fiserv Dovetail payment platform
- Plus: Experience with other payment platforms
- Plus: Knowledge about standards such as ISO 20022
- Understanding of complex business requirements
- Provide industry experience and best practices to client around faster payments, fed wire and other payments
- Demonstrates a breadth and/or depth of business/Industry competence
- Deep understanding of payment strategy
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Must be flexible to new situations and challenges
- Plus: Knowledge of the Paragon banking platform
